Exchanges and returns

CHERRY BERRY pays special attention to customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you feel unhappy with received product(s), please email our Customer Service at wecare@cherryberryswimwear.com and we will be happy to hear you and solve your problem.

We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days from time of delivery. All return/exchange products must be unworn, with original tags and package.

In the event that your order is processed incorrectly or your products(s) arrived damaged, we will return/exchange products(s) without additional costs.

Please note that in the case of return for other reasons the initial shipment costs will be charged, and in the case of exchange for other reasons, the succeeding shipment costs will be charged additionally.
